Evening and Saturday Gynecology Appointments in Manchester, CT
You shouldn't have to waste a vacation day for a PAP smear.
Most gynecology offices in the Hartford area are open exactly when you're at work. Grace Health isn't. We hold evening appointments until 7:00 pm on Mondays and Thursdays, and Saturday morning appointments from 8:00 am to noon. Real appointments with Heather Harris, FNP, APRN, not a rushed add-on slot. Two evenings and a Saturday means you can usually find something that doesn't cost you a half-day of work.
Same-week availability is common, and we're accepting new patients.

What you can book on evenings and Saturdays
Most visits, including everything patients book most often:

Two things we schedule during weekday hours instead:

In-office procedures (IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal, biopsies, and colposcopy) are booked Tuesday through Friday mornings. These need additional staff support, so they're weekday-only. We do perform them right here in the office; you won't be sent elsewhere.

Can't make it to Manchester? Telehealth covers all of Connecticut
Many visits don't require an in-person exam. We see patients via telehealth anywhere in Connecticut, so an appointment from your kitchen table works too. Useful for birth control refills, menopause follow-ups, infection symptoms, and results discussions.
Telehealth appointments are scheduled during weekday hours, Monday through Friday. Evening and Saturday slots are for in-person visits at the Manchester office.

We're on Main Street in downtown Manchester, an easy drive from Vernon, South Windsor, East Hartford, Glastonbury, Bolton, and Coventry.
Patients of all gender identities are welcome.
We accept CT Medicaid (Husky), Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Harvard Pilgrim, and UnitedHealth, and we offer flat, self-pay rates for uninsured patients. Same coverage, same pricing, whatever day you come in.

Are you open on Saturdays?
Yes. Grace Health is open Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Saturday visits cover the same range of care as any weekday appointment, including annual exams, IUD placement and removal, and STI testing.
How late are you open on weeknights?
We're open until 7:00 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. Those are full evening appointments, not last-minute squeeze-ins, so you can come after work without rushing.
Can I book an evening or Saturday appointment as a new patient?
Yes. Grace Health is accepting new patients, and evening and Saturday slots are open to new and established patients alike. Same-week appointments are often available.
Do you accept Husky for Saturday appointments?
Yes. We accept CT Medicaid (Husky) and most major private insurance for every appointment, regardless of the day or time. Call (860) 730-4718 and we'll verify your specific plan before you book.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with Grace Health for any of our services, including IUD insertion and removal.
Do you provide prenatal care or deliver babies?
No. Grace Health is a gynecology-only practice. We don't provide obstetric or prenatal care, but we're glad to refer you to an OB practice. We do offer preconception counseling for those planning a pregnancy.
