Two decades in healthcare (as EMT, Labor & Delivery nurse, IVF nurse, and Women's Health APRN across Hartford County) gave me a full view of gynecological health. It also showed me a pattern: patients leaving appointments rushed and unheard, symptoms brushed off as "just stress," and real questions answered with a pamphlet.
I opened Grace Health because every patient deserves to understand their own body and choices. Education is the focus here, not an afterthought. When you understand your health, your decisions are informed and confident.
Independent practice means I answer to patients, not productivity metrics. No 10-minute timer, no charting quota — just you and me, working out your health together. I trained at Fairfield University as a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Scholar, earned my MSN from the University of Saint Joseph, and spent most of my career in community health centers, where access matters most. That was deliberate.

This journey gave me a comprehensive view of gynecological health: emergency care, childbirth, fertility, and more. But I saw a troubling pattern: patients often left appointments feeling rushed, dismissed, and unheard. Their symptoms were brushed off as "just stress," and real questions were swapped for pamphlets. Many left with prescriptions but little understanding of their bodies. Without time for questions, true patient empowerment was often lost.
I opened Grace Health because every woman deserves a clear understanding of her body and choices. Here, education is the focus, not an afterthought. My goal is for you to leave each visit empowered by knowledge about your health, your options, and what they all mean. When you understand your health, your decisions are informed and confident. This is the heart of my practice.

The Grace Health Story
Built by patients, one referral at a time.
2023: Founded as telehealth-first
Grace Health launched in July 2023 as a telehealth practice.
2024: First office opens
Patient demand brought Grace Health into its first physical clinic on West Center Street, adding in-person care alongside telehealth.
2025: Growth by word of mouth
The practice grew rapidly, quickly outgrowing its first location.
2026: A bigger home on Main Street
Grace Health moved to a larger three-room facility at 153 Main Street, expanded the team, and added more specialty services.
